Are you eager to introduce Europe to our latest innovation in Dairy Farming?
As Area Manager Dairy Europe, you'll become part of our Export team. This team focuses on putting our top products on the market through dealers in countries where we don't have an office. While we have offices in 12 countries, our business reaches across the globe. Currently, we're looking for someone to introduce our newest Dairy innovation - the AutoHoofClean (AHC) - in our European export countries. The MS AutoHoofClean is an integrated, labor-saving, and skin-friendly approach to hoof bath management. After the tremendous success of the AHC in Northwestern Europe, we see a significant market for it across the rest of our continent. What are you going to do?
As an Area Manager for Dairy in Europe, you’ll be working with both existing and new dealers. Here are some of the tasks involved:
- Making clear plans with your dealers on how to grow sales and achieve goals.
- Supporting our current dealers with your knowledge and sales skills to increase their sales and train their staff.
- Launching new products through your dealers or directly to dairy farms.
- Finding the right dealers in new areas to expand your territory.
- Coordinating study trips to our research and demo farm in the Netherlands with key accounts.
- Monitoring results in the HyCheck app and following up with dealers and end-users.
What do we ask?
- A background in the Dairy sector.
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English. A third language is a plus.
- A sense of commerce. In the end, this is a sales job.
- An education in veterinary medicine, animal sciences, or a related field is preferred.
- You enjoy traveling. It won’t be every week, but once a month will be quite normal!
- Learning new things is something you like. You’ll encounter new products and technologies, but you’ll also delve into the world of HyCare through our own MS Academy.
