Are you ready to take responsibility for guiding and coaching our clients in The United States? As a Key Account Manager- Swine, your role is to sell our HyCare concept across the USA. You will lead key customers and dealers to our method of livestock biosecurity that is helping swine integrators across the country achieve optimum results.

Through our expansive product line, livestock farms utilize chemicals (such as our cutting-edge TopFoam Power- now in HyBags!), water line treatments, and so much more to protect their operations.   • Develop strong relationships with key customers and dealers in the swine industry.
  • Organise field trials and demonstrations on farms, ultimately leading to new customers.
  • Assist in the transition from product sales to solution-based programs (HyCare) and help understand the value (ROI) of this approach.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and their applications in the pig sector.
  • Gather feedback from dealers, farmers, and end customers on product performance to provide insights for future product development.
  • Carry out field trials to evaluate the effectiveness of Schippers’ hygiene products.
  • Take an active role in industry events and trade shows to attract new customers and strengthen existing relationships.
  • Knowledge of the swine industry: you have extensive expertise in the pig sector, including experience in animal care, cleaning, disinfection, and biosecurity.
  • Relevant Network: You are well-versed in the key integrators within this area and maintain a network of contacts with key decision-makers in the industry.
  • Communication Skills: you can effectively convey complex technical concepts to clients in an efficient manner.
  • Motivated Team Player: you are independent but seek collaboration with colleagues when it is beneficial.
  • Passion for Hygiene: You have a profound interest in hygiene and understand its impact on the health and productivity of pigs.
  • Customer-Centric approach: you are dedicated to the success of customers and are committed to helping them achieve their goals.
