As a Content and Industry Specialist for Dairy Farming, your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and optimizing content (knowledge articles, images, videos) that addresses the (current) challenges faced by dairy farmers, such as hygiene, disease prevention, and changing regulations.
  • Leveraging your industry knowledge to translate the challenges of dairy farmers into actionable insights they can apply directly.
  • Collaborating closely with internal product and marketing teams as well as external specialists to develop in-depth, relevant content & guided selling tools tailored to the realities of dairy farming.
  • Identifying gaps in solutions for specific challenges or problems and working with category managers and/or R&D colleagues to develop new solutions.
  • Monitoring the performance of your content, making adjustments as needed, and refining it based on feedback from the sector.
  • Staying on top of new regulations, market trends, and innovations in the sector, and translating these developments into valuable content for your audience.

Your work will empower dairy farmers with knowledge, inspire with practical ideas, and strengthen their businesses for the future.

What qualities are we looking for in a Content and Industry Specialist for Dairy Farming?

  • Background in dairy farming: A bachelor’s degree in agricultural studies, marketing, or communication is a plus, but what truly matters is your in-depth understanding of how a dairy farm operates. Practical knowledge is far more important than a degree!
  • Think as a farmer: You understand the dynamics of modern dairy farming and are familiar with the challenges related to hygiene, animal welfare, and sustainability.
  • Strong communication skills: You can translate complex, technical information into clear and engaging content while striking the right tone to build trust with this professional audience.
  • Interest in digital tools: You enjoy working with digital platforms to explore what dairy farmers are searching for or to identify trends in the livestock industry.
